Mean lady, Mean Burger. Quite literally the best burger that I’ve ever had. The owner was running the bar, cooking the food, taking phone orders and cleaning. Cruise’s has been in operation for 30+ years and the grill that made the burger has been there even longer. If you’re looking to make friends, this isn’t the place to be; if you’re looking for the best burger of your life, this is the place to be. The “rude attitude” served the experience well, it was unique and allowed us to step out of the common dining experience. Cash only.

God I just love a woman who knows who she is and isn't scared of it. The owner/bartender/cook is working her butt off and provides speedy service and delicious food. To the reviews saying she is rude, is she intimidating or are you just intimidated? She was friendly when it was needed and working hard when it wasn't. We were in from out of town & I think this is my favorite place we tried in Mineral point -- mostly because of the yellow cheese curds instead of white! We will be back next year for sure!

Love this place!! Drinks are always good and The hamburgers are excellent. The owner is nice,super smart and efficient. The back deck is super comfy. We go all the time!

Nice bar to stop at and have something to eat and/or drink. Seeing of the signs such as the Spuds McKenzie and either NASCAR or Indycar teams that had Budweiser as a primary sponsor was a nice touch. Even the atmosphere makes you feel right at home.
