This place is a big scam I miss one payment they came and got my car and told me in order to get it back I have to pay the whole car off they are ripped offs and they are rude and if you ask me very racist they have a tracking device as well bad place to get a car from stay away

Upset really don't have anything to say too bad but fact I paid my suv off and they are holding my title just received a call from a guy didn't get his name but sound a whole lot different than my wife cursed out, but this guy was very professional and explain the whole situation The company Is pretty good overall I never had a problem with them. I would recommend carolina auto mall to anyone. Just have to speak to the right guy. ✅️

Like any car, anything can happen. Mine however has been wonderfully reliable.
This was found out about a GPS months ago. But ...Still today no answer payment was received on 10/6/17 and proper insurance Sunday night at 10:30 car was in the air. And been calling sending straight to voicemail and the repo folks they say they just doing wats told of them.
