Sat in Bar area with the family (4). Order was taken fairly quickly, three calabash chickens, fries, two salads, and an appetizer of cheesy tots. 15 minutes or so later was apologized to by our server for the amount of time on the order, no big deal on our part, we simply asked for and received rolls which had not been offered or brought at that time. Asked for silverware, was brought silverware, and apologized to that the restaurant was out of napkins. 10 minutes later was told by our server that she had “forgotten” to put our order in. At this point, we were frustrated. The deal breaker came a minute or two later when a couple came in, and the guy started vaping at the bar. When confronted by waitstaff, he simply replied. “Don’t worry, I won’t point my smoke at them.” To which the staff nodded and walked away to get our salads, which after being at the half full restaurant for just under an hour, were just being delivered. Will not go back.

It has been my favorite restaurant since being a teen. I really enjoy the rolls and butter here. The food is great and the staff is professional.
