Absolutely gorgeous location. However the trains run about every 2-3 hrs. We’re so used to finding last minute camping places with trains - that it didn’t phase us too much. The view, price, electric was worth it.

Nice campground.$20 :). Has porta potties and a pavilion Boat launch. Beautiful views of the Mississippi river , watching the Boats Birds

Yes from campers
Yes but depending on water level and boat size. Bigger boats go to peppino to launch or there is also a smaller launch in Stockholm that can get a medium size boat. Currently water is lower so if you have 16-20 ft I would go to Stockholm if bigger tgen peppin. Hope this helps
