A good walking area but it was dawn and getting too cold to walk

Simple and clean rest stop with a beautiful lake view of Lake Pepin. Two shelters, bathrooms, picnic tables and charcoal grills, two pet exercise areas and plenty of parking. One can walk along the lake or generally follow the driveway but no real walking trails to get out to stretch one’s legs. Grounds are generally maintained and plenty of shade trees.
