Traveled from out of state because of a local deal we found online. I contacted Mazda and they said the local deal would be applied with the company wide rebates but the dealership said they couldn’t offer both and it was a bummer because we double and triple checked with the representatives over the phone that it would apply. Sonny treated me pretty badly often coming back with "better offers" which were actually just lower monthly payments with higher interest rates. I felt disrespected throughout the encounter and he often tried to guilt me onto accepting his offer. He was knowledgeable about the car I was looking for (Mazda6 grand touring) and ultimately gave me a pretty good deal (but still not as good as advertised), but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Right before I left I noticed one of the key fobs had a crack in it and asked if I could get it replaced considering I am buying a brand new car and Sonny had the balls to say to me that I could've dropped it in the parking lot and that I cracked it when test driving it (I didn't). He said that I get 2 fobs with the car anyway so why am I worried about it again trying to guilt me like I'm being unreasonable. I left the dealership annoyed but with a new car.

I am basing this review upon My personal experience with 2 Gentleman. Mr. John Curtis and J.R. Fredell. I recently had an experience in which I was trying to help My Father-In-Law out with an issue regarding Wheel Locks on a Used Car that He had purchased. After ending the call with John, I had found out that I was reaching out to the wrong location. After addressing the issue with the correct Dealership, I checked My messages to hear a return call from John. Shortly after I had hung up with John, he spoke with Mr. Fredell and it was his disposition to take care of Us and do what was right. Take Care of the Customer. I wanted to share this post to acknowledge that yes, Dealerships are in the business of making money regardless of the supply and demand, but that there are people out there like John and J.R. that are willing to step up. I hope that I have the opportunity to seek their service in the future. It is of my understanding that they have been working on getting and having in place, an exceptional Team Thank You once again John and J.R.

At the end of last year, my boyfriend & I both had over 750 credit scores, put 2k down, & barely got out with that monthly payment after fighting with them for hours. They upped the price of the car by several thousand after we did the test drive & gave us 500 for our trade in that should've been @ least 3 times that.
