I sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes before i could order. I asked twice if they are ready for my order and the response both times is there's only 2 people in the store. I get the impression they are hoping I drive off. BK seems like a dying brand anyway, but if anyone from a corporate level reads this, you might want to make some effort to fix this store (or your entire brand). Maybe you need to pay more? This is completely sad. I've seen 4 cars drive off since I've been here. That's probably $50-100 of lost revenue. I think the worst part of it is you still have people who want to buy your product and every one of them is probably getting a horrible experience. That's not a recipe for sustaining your brand. Total wait time about 40 min. Let's hope the food is good and the order correct when I get it home.

I will never eat from Burger King for as long as I live. Rude sloppy dressed children who don’t want to work and nonchalant management who seems to take the lazy approach to supervision. And if the lobby is closed to patrons why is it open to the homeless who aren’t spending money? Lines wrapped around the building and poor customer service I can…I can find plenty of places who’ll take my money with prompt clean and courteous service.

Horrible customer service. I sat for 30mins just to get to window and then told to pull to the side and wait after I paid for them to take 20 more mins to bring me out my food. I am very upset. I only ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Made it worst when I asked by is it taking this long, i was told she don't know just pull around lady
