So i get up and did laundry that ended up stained because the water is dodo brown im sure they wont replace my cost to replce theese items but even more so are we all bathing drinking cooling watering our pets with poorly recycled toilet water why cant we have wells in city limits oh i know cause then this town wouldnt be able to collect fees to have sub par schools roads emergency services etc they would rather us waller in everyones dookie no wonder the town has a nick name of dumpster sc

I tried to surprise a couple of my family members by paying their water bills and the only way you can make a payment is through automated system. I didn’t want any account information I only wanted to make payments but was denied. That’s weird and crazy. On a positive note the lady on the phone was kind.

You know it’s a good company but I hate the water because sometimes it’s clean and sometimes it’s dirty and I want to fill my son’s pool with the water but it’s dirty and I don’t like that y’all really need to fix that

I got services and no one failed to mention I had to pay an additional 25 dollars to get a trash bin that someone stolen before I moved in. Barbara was very rude and I refuse to pay an additional 10 dollars for something I don't have.
