This is a 24hr gym operated by a local family and I've been going there for over a year now. It is definitely a quality location and you can tell that it's run by people who care. The gym has most of the equipment you would need and it is always well-maintained.

They do. Mark and Beth are amazing and we have been members at several gyms coast to coast but none compare to our LAC!
