Greyhound: Bus Station

The worst bus stop I ever been in. Was early to catch my bus. So I sit in hot sun for 2 hours waiting. This is just pick up drop off. No one contacted me to let me know bus was not coming. Called Greyhound head quarters they said they did not know where bus was and could not contact. Don't these buses have GPS or at least driver with cellphone?????????????????????? Never again!!!!

This is a good location. When coming from Savannah you have to slow down because you will pass it easily.

Terrible service. Bus driver was rude as heck. Got a bus for my son to get to his dads. He has been on the bus or at a bus station for over 24 hours. I don’t understand how they put him on the wrong bus ended up 2 hours away from where he was supposed to be. Then ended up having to pay for another bus and now it’s broke down on the side of the road. When they finally get to the bus station he’ll be waiting another 3 hours before a bus bc he missed his transfer bus while they’ve been broke on the side of the road. This is the worst transportation I have ever witnessed in my life. Will never use greyhound again. Terrible experience.

The building at 3659 Trask Pkwy looks completely deserted. No announcements posted on the door providing information to customers who must wait outside for a bus to arrive to either pick up or drop off passengers. The Greyhound Management does not invest a single cent in maintenance and does not know the word "Courtesy". At least they can hire someone locally to clean the lot Quarterly. Give one of your Bus Drivers a Courtesy Notice to post on the front door so that passengers can be informed of your limited hours with no one assigned inside the building. Soon the news will spread and it will become a squatting location for the homeless.
