We never signed a contract but received a call saying they would be at our home the next day without us agreeing to anything. We did want the tree cut so we went forward anyway. From that point everything was fine. The actual workers were amazing & communicated well with me. I'm leaving 4 stars for the work of the crew but not 5 due to the initial contact from the project scheduling guy
