I was in a wreck and progressive had my car towed from burnseds to iaa for their adjuster to calculate the damages since it was totaled. I would have never had a problem with any of them if I hadn’t bought my car back. When I got my car back I realized the tow driver for iaa stole my flat screen stereo and led lights out my car after he picked it up from burnseds. Of course iaa gave me the run around and claimed their driver never steals. I’m sure he never thought he’d get caught stealing from totaled vehicles but he didn’t account for the fact I’d get the car back. I just want my stereo back or the cash equivalent of it plus the cost of installation since he stole all the wires too.

The outside rep for this region is great, but the company itself care very little about their customers, even someone who has been a local high volume buyer for almost 8 years with two accounts.. all of a sudden the buyers fee is about 50% of the bid for a complete out the door payment .. Copart is 30% and your local dealer trade sale is only 10-15% .. and as a cooperation, not a single person cares .. all the small mom and pop scrappers/dealers/part yards will suffer .. $600 bid , 230 fee (shld be $140) 79 service fee , 49 internet fee (no other options) ,10 environmental fee .. $968 out the door on a $600 winning bid for a scrap car .. smdh .. all because they changed the rules and your stuck with super high fee untill you buy 25 units and $75k in a 12 month period ..

I have been waiting on a refund for 30 days now. I do not understand how it would take this long when I was told it would only be 1- 2 days. If they do get back up with me and resolve this issue I will take back the 1 star and maybe give a better review. Hopefully disputing the charge will work unless they get back with me and figure this out first.
