Make sure if you get a divorce that they actually put it in the court record otherwise YOU have to pay THEM after a lengthy application process bc despite this backwards County having asked my ex husband for permission to change MY name back IN COURT they failed to keep accurate court records so now I have to go through this process and it is a nightmare bc God forbid they fix their mistake. They gotta bleed you dry just so you can do something as simple as trying to renew your drivers license.

Go in the courthouse, past the baliff's station, go left, to the window at the end and ask. They will give you a printout.
