David Burns was extremely unprofessional when calling to inquire about water usage. He was rude and very unprofessional. Not one polite word from the time he got on the phone. Good luck to anyone trying to do any business with southside water. He was the rudest individual I have EVER encountered when doing business!!

I called to switch over the new house to my name and the receptionist was extremely rude. Mid convo hung up the phone. The water pressure is high and was told by her that they dont do anything with that and I have add the water regulator on my own. What kind of service is this? If you are miserable at your job then leave. Every other place I stayed at and every other water company is so helpful. This is not how business is ran.
