Great place to work. Especially if you’re just starting out. You will never be just a number at Senn like all the other big companies. It truly is one big family. Run hard, keep your nose clean and they will give you the equipment and lanes that you want to run. You can make good money at Senn. Every company has its positives and negatives. They are honest and straightforward. Always there for you as you grow. Insurance coverage is fantastic. Could the pay be better? Yes. The facilities don’t need an update, they need to be torn down and rebuilt. No other way to put it. 1950’s buildings need to meet the bulldozers. The big one for me was no rider policy. I probably never would have even considered leaving if I could have my kid with me in the truck sometimes. Bottom line? Great company. Everyone in Administration is awesome.

Was behind a driver for about 6 miles on hwy 25 Trenton/n Augusta. Not once did they use s turn signal, was speeding and tailgate everyone
