If it was an option, I’d give them zero stars. I recommend closely reviewing the prices (surcharges/notes) listed on the receipts and asking questions when appropriate. They are significantly overpriced. They also add abnormal fees to bills, such as their past “COVID-19-Risk fee” (as if the risk of transmitting COVID-19 doesn’t go both ways: customer-to-staff and staff-to-customer). Sadly, I too thought they were a great veterinary facility, but found out otherwise the hard way. Example of overpricing: They wanted $3000.00 dollars for a salvage surgery to be done in a van (A “traveling surgeon”, as they called him) to correct a serious health issue. After getting estimates and opinions from other veterinary facilities in the area, that same surgery ranged from $850.00-$1500.00 in price, and it wasn’t in a van. Another issue is that the management feels it’s appropriate to be rude and bizarrely forceful in their opinions. Such ego-based behavior is not conducive to effective communication, trust, respect for others, integrity, understanding, and high-quality services. Take a look at their other one-star ratings; they reflect a worrisome pattern that anyone could encounter.

We were traveling from South Carolina when Ginger went into severe respiratory distress. I can't say enough about how compassionate and professional Dr. Todd, his wife Dawn and entire staff was in helping her. They stayed more than an hour passed closing time to ensure it was safe for us to travel. There is no doubt that they saved Ginger's life.

I personally have not inquired of this particular product; however I've found this to be.the Best animal health care facility ever from great doctors, courtious staff and I know if they don't would order for you and or at very least let you know where to purchase them.
Yes, he's become too attached to release. He's also a picky eater and likes our dog. I'm afraid that he would get attacked by a dog or something, if he didn't starve to death first.
They will take walk ins but you may have to wait but also depends on what's goin on..
No Dorothy they don't groom dog. But maybe they can suggest someone who does.
I agree with Angela. We take our 3 great danes (one deaf & blind, one just plain deaf) and our mutt to nobody else. Doc Todd and the other Docs & staff are 2nd to none.
I'm sorry
A lot of animal shelters and Humane Societies give out certificates for discounts on spaying and neutering you might check the shelters in your area.
