Rude front desk personnel. When made appointment I specifically asked if I had to wear a mask in MRI and they said no. Had a really bad experience the last time I had to wear one in an MRI. They said at time of making appointment that it was up to individual. When I got there completely opposite of what I was told. Have to reschedule now and walked out.

The billing department is terrible...you provide the insurance info and then they don't bill insurance but send a bill without submitting or if they submit to insurance and are paid the the small copay isn't sent until requested and then you get a final notice bill and threat to collections...I an so disgusted with the poorly run billing department...seems requirement to work.in billing is degree in stupidity

I don't believe it is check on line
We do regular chest x-rays for your lungs and we also do CT lung cancer screening scans. You would need a referral from your MD for either of these exams. You can go to Charlotteradioligy.com to answer any further questions you may have. Hope this was helpful.
