Okay service BUT the office needs new employees. Nobody never answered the phone or responds to your email. The only time you'll receive a call is when you child is pending disenrollment. The voicemail and email give out contact information to reach out to the people in the office but no response.

The Rice Creek location is one of the worse managed and led organizations that I've ever witnessed. The leadership is rude, unprofessional, threaten children and try anything to get out of doing their jobs. Even the higher ups at both the school and the B&GC allow for this type of behavior to continue. My child will never go back here. The leadership at the site continually parks in the handicap parking places, but not one has a placard...so law breakers as well. Do not let your children come here, guarantee regret!

My son was having issues with socializing and was very introverted so the staff at Arnold's surrounded him with kindness so now he can stand in front of a crowd or make a statement without being shot or shaking. The staff is awesome friendly, kind and lovable they love the children as if they were on their own...

My daughter attended boys & girls club for aftercare. I am no longer working so I emailed Marcella to let her know that my child will no longer need aftercare. She informed me that she could continue going until 12/2. I informed her I will not be having income to pay until 12/2. Later that day almost $100 was taken from my account. I have been going back and forth with Marcella to get my money refunded. This is considered fraud because she was informed that I no longer needed the service.
