Rustic old bldg with a lot of character and great BBQ. I had the BBQ plate with rice and hash and Cole slaw. Wife had BBQ sandwich. All very good

If you have to ask about ingredients just keep on going. It's Sweatman's for Pete's sake. The best bbq on the entire planet. Just go there and enjoy and stop asking silly questions. Finish your milk . Lol.
I mean for me it was ok but not great. My ribs were kind of dry and the banana 🍌 pudding was watery. But on a scale 1 to 10 i give it a 4. Sorry just saying

Fairly certain you cant not buy the whole hog cooked by them if that is what you want to know
You order outside, go through to get your to-go plates, but you can eat in the dining room which has tables closed for social distancing. No buffet line.
Google it Not like you're going to eat every day. Not trying to be smart butt.. Boston butt. Enjoy all life in moderation
You may try to ask a uber driver if they will bring you a plate, but doubt that shipping will ever occur for South Carolina bbq.
