Nothing Bundt Cakes

Spend almost $12 on two small cakes. When I asked for a fork (arguing with another employee as I was asking) she said she didn’t have any to give out. They won’t let us. Cakes are good but will not come back to this location. Durham location is always nice!

I am a fan of this franchise, however today was anything but an great experience. Today was my daughter's birthday and she was so excited to redeem her birthday rewards. And was abruptly stopped during the process, I completely understand rules and policies. In regards to redeeming rewards at registered location. We just moved to cary and who thinks to change address on apps???, I feel like with proof of address change that something could of been done, the advice was change your address and wait for new reward. Customers service is everything. And this wad unacceptable. We drive to Durham before we come back here and we live near here!
