Beer cheese was spoiled on the fries. Only about 12 pickles in the order of fried pickles. Didn't have any plastic ware for our to go order. Wanted to charge extra for one extra blue cheese cup. The manager acted like he didn't care. There is a reason there was no one in the restaurant. I should have gotten the hint and left instead of trying this place. At least BWW gives you celery and carrots with your wings. Last time I try the local establishment. Can't see this location lasting much longer. They are focused on saving a penny here and there rather than on the customer experience.

It’s my first time in this place! OMG the best Kentucky bacon burgués EVEEEEERRR, perfect French fries, and Eprika (sorry is not correctly written) she is sooo sweet and also she get an amazing customer services!

This is the second I've been here and it was great both times. They have several varieties of beers on tap, cidars, and pop. The appetizers were good (we did wings, onion rings, cheese curds) and we did a burger the last time and we would definitely do it again. Patio is nice during Wisconsin summers.

The Customer Service for our to go order was good, food took about 20 minutes. Our food was mediocre and that’s being generous. I ordered a cheeseburger and was missing the lettuce, tomato and onion. My husband ordered a Rajun’ Cajun with sauce on the side, instead a ton of it was sloppily smeared all over the burger. The buns were stale, dried out and crumbled when we took a bite of our burgers. We ordered a basket of fries. We didn’t receive a basket, we received maybe one side. The fries were old and to make it worse, cooked in VERY dirty grease. Disappointing to say the least and not worth the $28 that we spent there tonight.
