Talking about bad service

Food was good service was good place was busy. Had no wait today. Usually there is a wait to be seated.

We called ahead and were seated right away. Everyone seemed friendly enough but our waiter was incredibly slow for our table. Our food was cold when we received it and people who were seated an hour after us got their food about 3 minutes after we received ours. Which is completely unacceptable. I won't visit this location again due to this experience especially seeing how no one was even the slightest bit apologetic about our long wait. The food albeit cold was still tasty but I've never had anything that's not good at any of the Eggs Up I have visited in the past. The service here just isn't up to par.

Normally a great place to eat… But when you wait for over 30 minutes after you order for parfait and boiled eggs, there is obviously a huge problem.

Call the restaurant they should tell you
For it to be such a small establishment they were pretty full in when I asked if they're were any kind of spacing everyone out they said not really but when I mentioned that I would like to not have people around us they were very accommodating with that very accommodating also they have hand sanitizer stations throughout and all of the staff we noticed was wearing their masks properly
Most of the food is not very good and overpriced, including the gluten free choices.
