Don’t buy from them if you are out of state. They sent the title application to my state’s dmv headquarters without communicating anything about the process. They assumed that I buy cars every day from out of state and would know what to do. Now my 30 day temp tag is expired and I don’t have my title or license plates and I’m unable to drive my vehicle legally, who knows for how long. When I called and enquired about the title and license plates, they said i need to go to the DMV and get my title and plates. Local DMV says they have nothing and the dealer needs to provide documents. Called them back and they said my state DMV is backed up and they cannot do anything more. How am I supposed to go to work? There has to be a way for them to provide extension to temporary tags. At the least they could have communicated that they are not able to process tags in my state and I would’ve decided to not buy from them. Very disappointed.
