We were recently at this location and twice now this has been horrible service. There was a larger table beside us and after sitting there 10 minutes with no one even looking our way, our waiter the young male who was also waiting on larger table came over to help. He was totally overwhelmed. I totally understand his part, my reason for review is the female manger walked by us at least 6 times never to make eye contact or ask if anyone was helping us. After we waited another 10 min to place order she sat young couple beside us, immediately took drink and food order, they ate and we’re gone before we got food. We had to chase down someone for a fork and and again chase someone for a refill. This manger definitely needs to be more attentive if she is allowing folks to be seated. It would be nice to at least help the poor waiter who was obviously overwhelmed. The floors were absolutely a wreck and not be attended too! . Not sure what is going on but this BWW is definitely not what they use to be!

I ordered wings from there today. The cashier looked ghetto and had red hair. I had to repeat my order to her three times. She gave me the correct amount of wings but messed up the flavors quantity. The kitchen manager was acting like he is the head manager. He told us we have to return the food. I just asked him to give me a gift card towards my next order. He refused to honor my request. I still eat from there even though their cashier's are ghetto. Will think twice before I go to the location on Devine St.

The food was very good. We came in very late and our waitress was amazing❤️

One server for a 30 people party. Been here since 7 it’s 8:57 and only salad served no forks had to go get them. No good still poor management and customer service for a game night.
