I have been going for almost a year .The doctor takes his time and listens .The stuff was always nice .but there is one her name is Ty .This lady helped me so much to make sure I had things i needed .never felt more comfortable at a doctors officec.

The nurses and MA's and doctor and the ppa and everyone at this office ( if I left anyone out sorry) is very caring, curtious,kind and professional. The thing I love most about them is they care. My husband is the patient his name is Gerald Williams.My husband diabetic. I recommend Dr Baur Vaughers to any one in need of a diabetic Doctor. They are very attentive to his needs.

Normally I have no issue with this office or the staff. They have always worked hard to help with my needs. But one staff member Ty, has been awful to deal with. I have been trying since November 2021 to get a CGMS, paperwork was never sent till several months later. She was very rude when I spoke with her today stating that I needed to contact my insurance to see what they covered and needed another appt for more resent office notes. I'm dumbfounded since my insurance hasn't received anything nor have I heard anything from the company I'm trying to get the cgms from. I feel very defeated since I've been having a lot of issues with my BG here lately and know this would help a great deal.
