The employees were very rude and rushed me out of the store. I got there at 530 and had to wait for them to "warm up" the printer. I did not get my pictures until 552. Half of them were printed incorrectly, and she told me I would have to "come back tomorrow." Although they closed at 6, it was extremely rude and unprofessional how they handled me. This is completely unacceptable! All customers should be treated with common courtesy regardless of the time.

I have been a long time customer. I also happen to be a small business owner. I use UPS for their photo enlargement services. I depend on a quick turnaround in order to do my business and make my livelihood. In the past, their services were quick and professional. That is no longer the case. Most likely it is because they are not training their employees how to use the equipment. The last three times I have gone in, no one was there who could operate the machines. I cannot wait a week for an enlargement. My business is suffering because I cannot turn things around as quickly. In today's environment, the only way small businesses can remain competitive is by being prompt. This business says that they support small businesses. From my experience, this is not the case. Furthermore, this issue is widespread. I have referred clients to this business over the years. Each of them report the same issues I have outlined here. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot in good conscious support this business. No one should.
