One of y'all ladies was rushing and completely forgot to cut one side of my hair and I had to tell her as she took off the hair apron how could you forget that it was literally the simplest haircut but she was just rushing to get it done and it's still uneven so I have to fix it at home thanks a lot. AND IT WASNT EVEN BUSY!!!!!!

Walked in for a haircut. Was told it would be about a 20 minute wait. One stylist talked more than she cut. One stylist was more concerned with changing the music and volume with each song that came on. And the third stylist shows up (apparently late, because of the reaction of her coworkers) and begins calling random people from the list. An hour and 45 minutes later they had skipped my name on the list and was working on other walk-ins that came in after me. When I asked about this, I was told "we put your name on the list". 2 hours of my life wasted and no haircut.
