Terrible service! I am remodeling my home and ordered new windows from 84 lumber in Douglasville Ga in mid January 2021. Was told the wait on windows was 8 to 10 weeks my order was for 12 windows. I received 8 windows in mid May, 3more in August and the last on didn’t come till October! If thats not bad enough it is almost thanksgiving and I still have not received the screens for my windows! I cant get anyone to tell me what the problem is and there is no ETA on my screens. I realize they don’t make the windows but if you cant work with your supplier to resolve a problem you have no business taking my money for an order. UPDATE: its now December 28 and they still cant seem to get my screens!
