I like Mrs. Mary but having to come once a month for med refills is a scam! They will hold your maintenance meds prescriptions hostage to make an appointment to get them filled, no visits no medication. I have been told by 2 other doctors and an insurance advisor that this is highly unethical! Is it also illegal? I’m going to check with an attorney and will let you know.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone! My insurance requires a referral from the doctor yet for two months I can't get it done. I've got concerning spots on my skin and went in to have them removed and the meds were never ordered for the procedure. I'v been dealing with severe carpal tunnel and nobody seems to care. Once again I need the referral. I really feel like my concerns are not heard.

Trying to get in touch with Dr Dunn is is like pulling my teeth here it is Monday morning 11:30 and I have been on the phone for 20 minutes on hold and this is the third time I've called them and it happens every time I call they put me on hold and keep me on hold and when I call them right back all they say is Springdale family practice please hold and that's all I get and here it is 45 minutes later and I still don't get in touch with them or his staff and this is not how you run a doctor's office if I'm in need of some medicine or just to speak to their staff it is practically impossible... And I am just about to call the South Carolina medical board because he is my doctor and if I can't get in touch with my doctor how am I supposed to like I said get medicines or just get in touch with them and so he should not even be practicing medicine if he doesn't have a staff that's going to be capable of answering the phone and returning a call
