Came for lunch. Have been here numerous times before. Never had to ask for menus or order at the counter. That's fine. Maybe they were short staffed, maybe that's the process at lunch time now. But after 8-10 minutes sitting at a table, how about you let us know. There was no sign saying order at the counter or any indication that was necessary. We ordered a small Orlando's special. I told my friend they were excellent, but we were less than impressed. Barely any sausage , onions or peppers on it. Plenty of fresh basil though. Crust was great. Was the poor service and quality due to the fact that I wasn't with the family members that live on the island and are recognized when they eat there? IDK, but all patrons should be greeted the same and served the same quality of food regardless as to whether this is your 1st or 50th time there.

The best pizza hands down. Great atmosphere. This is a very busy place. Service can be a little slower at times but it's well worth it! We visit here every time I'm in town.
