Not sure
It might be Christmas itself is overwhelming the site because I tried to go on today to see my prior orders to see which pair of pants I ordered for my daughter's Christmas list and I could not get my history or find the pants. Very frustrating but a totally different experience from when I ordered the pants a few months ago.
