I would call first, 12-5 on the weekends, or email them. They don't have unlimited capacity, because they need to place the dog in a foster home.
Either email them or call if it's a weekend, 12 to 5 p.m.
Need to call the phone number and leave a message someone will call you back.
No. They're also not open intake. They accept animals if they can find a foster home to put them in until they can be adopted. Putting down healthy adoptable pets typically happens in shelters that have to accept any pet, and sometimes run out of room.
Hours Gwinnett Humane Society Hours: Sunday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Monday Closed Tuesday Closed Wednesday Closed Thursday Closed Friday Closed Saturday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
The Gwinnett Humane Society will only take them if they have a foster home for the kittens . The way they work , the animals stay with someone during the week days & then on Saturday & Sunday you bring the kittens in so that potential people can adopt them, but it is not a shelter.
They do take donations.
No
No I go to there web site
Call the Animal services for mistreated animals. He shouldn't be treated that way.
I have 2 kitten that needs a home they only about 3 weeks old
I am not sure. There are a lot of pit mix dogs. All of the dog are adorable and the staff seemed caring.
yes
He has a large bump on his back and he just bit his tail....i need maybe surgery for him....but i don't make a lot of money for that type of bill...i need to know if your place provides service like a humane society
yes call them first for drop off times
No
We will gladly accept dog food donations. Our adoption center is open 12 - 5 on weekends. Thank you so much!
Yeah you're able to volunteer here fill out an application online on our website
No.
No. They are only an adoption/foster place for dogs and cats.
We accept junior volunteers at 14 years old. Parent involvement is required for the first few times (number depending on age) the junior volunteers.
We will be having a low cost shot clinic this Saturday (the 16th) from 1:30-2:30 at our adoption center on Sugarloaf PKWY
www.gwinnetthumane.com open sat/sun. 12n-5pm
It depends on what dogs they have currently. You can check out their website or stop by on the weekends 12-5.
Go to the website, and fill out the volunteer application. People get back to you pretty fast.
Absolutely could be great place. I would recommend filling out the volunteer app on the website. They're very good about getting back to you. They typically have volunteer training once a month.
No. Gwinnett Humane Society does not do this.
i didnt see any but if you call they will call you back you can also be a foster parent while waiting on the one you want
This is a great thing to talk to them about in person or email them about.
Gwinnett Humane Society is a great group to contact. The best bet is to stop by tomorrow between 12 and 5.
Yes. This is Humane society off of Sugarloaf parkway. And yes, they do canine and feline shots such as rabies. However, it's not by appointment basis. Usually once a month they'll put a sign out on Sugarloaf with a date (usually a Saturday) of when you can come get your animal's shots done. It's on a first come, first serve basis.
Best organization welcomes volunteers. You can fill out a volunteer application on their website or stop by 12 to 5 when they are open on the weekends.
You probably need to contact Gwinnett County Animal Control rather than the humane society.
No, but owner finally called and returned it to them.thanx
I don't think they offer that service.
