We've stayed here before, that's why we knew we were going to come back. Rooms are very clean, and very well appointed for a small mom and pop motel. Very close to many places to eat. Very clean and paved parking lot.

I was told by Shawn that they would work with my son then when it came down to it they sure as hell didn't. He had to wait a week for his pay but that was to long. I guess they kicked him out.

Was traveling with husband and sister in law to Maryland for their family reunion. No sooner passed exit 79 for Buchanan and got a flat. A & S Towing were amazing & actually brought us a spare since every tire shop was closed in the area. Baxa Motel was the fourth hotel I had called, trying to find an affordable place to stay, just til morning to replace our tire. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful, polite, and courteous. Our double bed room was exceptionally priced & it was actually clean! Even tho it was a short stay, we really do appreciate all the hospitality and am so thankful to see that there is still small towns with amazing people left in this not so very bright world.
