Howard Young Medical Center: Emergency Room

they think he has a staph infection that has now unfortunately lead to lymphangitis. this could’ve all been prevented if howard young took the 1 minute to look him over instead of brushing it off and telling me i was being a paranoid mom and saying they had more life threatening patients to care for. he had an infection, he had a fever for 4 days i couldn’t break with tylenol and ibuprofen, i took him in they brushed me off and in the end my kid pays the price. now he’s laying in a hospital bed with with an iv in his arm running antibiotics. i’m so sad. i feel like i failed my kid i am his advocate and i didn’t do my job.

I received the Monoclonal Antibodies on Tuesday. I have high praise for the nursing staff members Kato and Lori. These gals were very kind, caring and efficient. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. Thanks again.
