unprofessional and rude. keep loosing our mail and get it soaking wet when raining

I honestly have no clue

This post office is absolutely garbage, I just stopped by admittedly late and there was a lady inside being dealt with but the door was locked and some guy behind the window flipped me off and mouthed the words we are closed. I also have no clue why they would tell my sister who was there to grab my package before closing time that it wasn’t there despite their tracking saying it was.

This post office is a joke. Ken is rude and doesn’t care to help, just cops an attitude. Tameka, the postmaster is just as rude. Big salary for doing absolutely nothing. I’ve been in the lobby and seen her yelling at customers. Nothing is ever scanned unless you physically take it to the post office. Never had so many issues with a post office. This post office shouldn’t even be open.

Ken who works in this postal office is absolutely rude. Doesn’t try to help resolve issues . He is extremely short, will cut you off and just has a nasty demeanor as if he doesn’t have time to address your issue. I’d give this post office 0 stars if I could.
