You can never get anyone in store to answer the phone. My service is very spotty from Mt. Airy all the way to Myrtle Beach SC. Been with them for several years now and the service and price just get worse every year.

The wait time is awful, been a few times lately and it's backed up every time. Waiting over an hour. But the guy that helped me, I wish I remember his name, he was great.

If you live in NC, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for phone service ! I travel the state often and their service is a nightmare

No inventory have to come back to get the phone I want went for a new phone. Same issue as before. They had to order the phone with no idea when the phone will come.

Maybe the phone or conjugation on the servers idk but would definitely get a hold of uscellular
Depends on the method..wifi will help if you have ruko or apple tv but ultimately if you have a smart tv you dont need wifi for smart tvs make there own wifi
