Yes you can, but there's a catch.. They werent allowing any visitors into the library but they were allowing only 1 person at a time in their entrance way lobby (yes the little area before you go into the main door) and you have to send them what you need printed so they can print it for you. If it's something like a dmv form and you happen to have the form number they can pull it up and print it for you, no need to send anything to them.
Yes, there is a copier available. 10¢ per page for black and white copies.
