If a zero was an option this place would get a ZERO. I called in September after the recommendation through my insurance for repairs, I was rear ended. I was able to get an estimate done however for the last almost 4 months I have been calling almost weekly trying to get an appt and they wouldn't even get me on the books. Finally in December, I got an appt for January 3rd. So January 3rd I rearranged my entire morning with work and daycare to get my car to Breezy Point by 8 am, I call enterprise to tell them I am 1 minute from Breezy Point Auto for them to bring me a rental and enterprise said they have canceled multiple appts. So I call Breezy Point after speaking with enterprise when I am right down the road saying Enterprise mentioned cancelations and the receptionist said yes I tried calling you at 7:30. Really 30 min before my appt and she called my old phone number which I have told this same receptionists on 3 different occasions my new phone number! This place is awful. They literally canceled my appt. I will be taking my car somewhere else for repairs. I have never done a review before but people need to know to not bring their car to this place.

Breezy point offers fast service when needed for emissions testing as well as Vin verification. Just can and schedule an appointment.

Highly recommend staying far away from this business. I chose this place as it was a preferred location through Liberty Mutual after I had a small damage to my door. I had to go there twice for pictures of the damage in order to get an estimate as the guy never saved the first set of pictures. It took several weeks to book the appointment with no updates from the shop as to when it might be possible to bring it in. Then, they called and asked if I could drop it that same day. This is a work car and I would've expected some notice as a professional business should. It took almost 2 weeks to do the repair when other places estimated 1 week. When I got it back, the repair spot was OK, but another area was duller than the rest, so something happened while it was there. The guy wouldn't even come check the complaint and had had receptionist tell me he wasn't even coming out to look at it. No one ever answered the phone. You can only reach a voicemail and hope someone calls you back within that day. No one wears masks or has any social distancing, even INSIDE. This place is a train wreck, so highly recommend finding another place to have any work done on your car.

Years ago, before being green was “the thing to do in the industry,” Breezy Point Auto Repair converted our systems to energy efficient equipment. We installed energy efficient systems like electronic spray booths and intelligent air compressors, not because it was “the thing to do”, we did it for our planet. Even our supplies are waterborne.
Most insurance policies include rental. If yours does not, we have discounted rates that we can pass along to you. If you are a claimant, by law, you are entitled to a rental. At Breezy Point Auto Body, we are happy to coordinate the entire process through Enterprise.
Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You do not need to do this. You may leave your car at our facility and we will have the insurance company inspect the car at our location. Breezy Point Auto Body works with all of the major insurance companies and we keep close communication with you and your insurance company to advise of all work and repairs that need to be done to your vehicle.
Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another you’ve received, just ask one of our friendly staff members.
Choose a repair center that has the proper repair equipment and certified technicians (i.e I-CAR). Breezy Point Auto Body is an I-Car Gold Class collision repair facility and all our technicians have continuing I-CAR training to ensure that they are trained in the latest repair process and equipment. Breezy Point Auto Body is also OEM Certified for Honda, Acura, Nissan and Infiniti models, and recognized by Hyundai, Ford and FCA (Chrysler-Fiat).
Yes, according to Connecticut State law you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the licensed repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
