Place is a rip off. Money hungry and unreasonable. It's worth the trip to just go to the pawn shop in Gastonia across from the wow market🤷🏻♀️ Edited to add, you can read their replies to their reviews to see just how unprofessional they are. Trust me it's as bad as it looks. The last 6 reviews are all from the last year, all one star, that speaks volumes🤨

I was told it depends on the age of the TV, and must have the remote that operates it, as well as it must be in good, working condition. Most likely to know for sure, you will be asked to take it into the store and they will have to look at it
