Yes-- the beginning of every month you will definitely notice a lag in the site, if you can get in at all! Their servers are not well equipped for the traffic

The 50$ a month scam is all over the web...how do you still have a company?..This is blatant abuse of contract law,and I am seriously considering a class action against this company just to wake people up to this kind of fraud.
