The rooms are absolutely disgusting. I didn't even stay I paid for my room went looked at it and got a refund and left came to Ashland inn

Signs of some kind of insects. Bites from an unknown source. Bed sagged from the bed frame from physical abuse. Free wifi is free but have to stand OUTSIDE to ise it. Rates were ok at $175 a week. Evedence of drugs or possible drug deal\usage. Good location. Walk to anywhere in minutes.

Agreed. Neither foesbthe Budget Inn on the top of 13th st. The foreign owner tried to tell mr that the wifi just wasnt working and i argued the fact that closer to the office it picked up full signal and the further away your room was the worse the signal got. So then i asked if i could just get a room closer to the office and he then informed me all of them were full. Lol. So my advive get a room close to the officd at the Budget Inn
