Counter sales department is fantastic. However the show room and the quality of their customer experience is far less adequate. I’ve been trying to order one single part from them for a month now. My employee was sent in this morning to confirm my order and the show room team even started arguing with him about the finish of the trim that we are requesting. Even though I confirmed the trim last week….

Masks are optional. Curbside pickup is available as well as delivery. Our facility is cleaned regularly.
Save your receipt, the serial number is the warranty. With state water heaters you go to their website and go under the warranty tab and it lets you put in your serial number to check the warranty length
