Just like Zachary mentioned my experience was similar. I came in very adamant that I wanted to view a car just to get a feel of it and right away was being pressured to see a higher trim due to the fact thats all they had. They are charging 25% above msrp for vehicles and on top have the nerve to mock you. When I mentioned the prices for the cars they wanted to sell me were way more than what I wanted due to the trim, I was told this is what it is and that this is what I will be paying everywhere I go. Well don't let them make you feel this way! There are still dealers out there right now selling at msrp. Don't let them force you into feeling you have no options, because that's what they seem to be good at here. Side note, my sales representative Mfon even had the audacity to tell me to go say thank you to his manager Niki Mastrandricos for her time as if I was a child.. Where is the professionalism and respect at? Please train your staff better.

On July 12, 2022, I signed a brand-new lease with Jonathan from South Shore Hyundai. On July 16th, 2022, after only have driven 160 miles, my car started showing "Shifter Malfunction" as I'm driving resulting me being stuck in the middle of the parking lot unable to put my car in drive, reverse, or PARK! It was stuck in Neutral. The check engine light even popped up for a while. I was unsure what was going on with a car as this should not have been happening since it is brand new and I barely even drove it so I called a tow truck thru the Hyundai Service Center and they brought us back to South Shore Hyundai. When we go to the service center, Isiah from Service told us the person who's needed to take a look at what's going on with the car is off today and he hopes to give us an answer on Monday (7/18/2022) and he also does not currently have a loaner car for us. Even though we were very upset and angry about this situation, we were trying to be understanding. We went home hoping for a follow-up on Monday. On Monday (7/18/2022), no one called us so we reached out to Jonathan, our sales, to see what is going on. Instead of giving us an update, Jonathan asked us if we already put more gas into the vehicle as if we put in the wrong gas, it could’ve caused the engine light to go on. Throughout weeks of conversation with Jonathan and the service center and the managers, we still have not yet received a loaner! It is now August 15th, been almost a month since the car was towed to the service center. We have tried every route possible to get an update for our car. We went back to the service center three times and they were not able to give us really an update. We called the customer support line, and aside from apologizing to us for the inconvenience, no update is given to us. We called the headquarters, and aside from telling us that they will be contacting the service center to see what’s going on, we have been given no update from anyone. We have suffered a whole month of inconveniences and everyone from Hyundai whom we have called telling us that they have no idea what’s going on. We just want an answer and compensation for all the inconvenience we’ve gone through this month, yet NO ONE seems to be able to help us.

This is a very bad experience. I rented a new car here. It took less than 3 days. The car was full of problems. The 4S shop came to tow it away. , The salesman Jonathan is also too chilling. He smiles when he doesn't sign the contract, signs the contract, takes the car and goes wrong, just disappears, and then directly resigns and quits this trick, everyone must be careful, buy a car, If you rent a car, be sure to avoid this shop! I rented a new car and used it for less than 3 days. The 4S shop called a tow truck to take it away. As a result, 30 days have passed without a spare car and no treatment plan. Now OPEN A SHOP ALL SO COW FORCE OF IT, JUST SELL THE CAR OUT, ALL REGARDLESS OF AFTER SALE, THIS KIND OF SHOP I GIVE A STAR ALL TOO MUCH!! If you see this store, please take a detour. This is a store with questionable reputation. Why a new car or two drives a hundred miles in four days. It hasn't been fixed for a month. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think about this. When we went to this 4S shop for the third time. The dealer in my car, Jonathan, has already quit his job. People don't think it's weird?? Just be careful. Don't fall for this again !!!!!!!
