I 100% love shopping at Plato's closet. I always find the cutest shoes and clothes here. I absolutely love how everything is separated by size so it's easy to go straight to the sizing you need and start shopping. It's alot of clothes to go through but I have never been disappointed when I shop here. Its easy to spend a minimum of like $50 here. I say if you shop here. You will get totally addicted cause I know I am Lol. Recommendations 1000% love shopping at this place

Went in today. 4 employees and only 1 lady was helping. The rest of them were so rude. My daughter was selling brand new clothes with tags still on them nothing wrong with them and they didn't take them. They made us feel so completely uncomfortable. Then the shoes that my daughter wanted to buy there were two pairs they decided while she was still shopping to put them back up on the shelf. and that was after they said that they would watch them and she could put them on the counter. I love the one in Gastonia where they treat you so much better I will never be back to the store.I am disgusted by the way they treat people shopping here.

“we aren’t taking anymore clothes today” - what i have been told EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i have walked into this plato’s… and it’s usually pretty early in the day too. how do you not close for 6-8 more hours and you’re already done taking clothes for the day? i used to work for plato’s and the policy was always to keep taking clothes until an hour before close. i’ve started going to different locations since i know they basically just won’t take your clothes here…

I came in today to sell my clothes. I was given an estimate of 2 to 3 hours. I come back over three hours later to check up on my clothes. I was given an update and told that I was next in line to have my clothes sorted and it would be approximately 30 minutes. I give them 45 minutes to an hour before coming back for another update. I have the application on my phone giving me the status of my clothing and I can see that it was sorting for about 30 minutes. I come back and I asked the associate what the estimated time would be for my clothes to be complete and she tells me that they actually have not started on them yet and that one of the associates just posted on the application that my clothes are being sorted even though they in fact were not. There was a complete lack of transparency on how long this would take. If they were too busy to sort my clothes they should’ve told me this and not accepted my clothes. Today was a complete waste of time and these associates should really be trained on time management and being honest with their customers if they are able to sort through the clothes or not.
