Omega was the light that I needed in the dark. My father passed away unexpectedly and was found sometime later afterwards. Unfortunately, his body was misplaced by the county and no one knew exactly where he was located. Understandably, this made an already heartbreaking discovery even more unbearable and no one in 3 different counties could help find my father. Not to mention, when calling around most people didn't seem to care and other funeral services were informing me that I would be looking at thousands of dollars for services and cremation. I was recommended Omega by a family member that had heard Omega was inexpensive compared to others. I called and explained my situation. Talking to Neil was a breath of very needed fresh air. It was the most understanding and compassionate phone call I had with anyone outside of family. He was able to locate my father's body and charged me a reasonable rate. All while keeping in touch with me every step of the way. Speaking with April was just as comforting and productive. They were able to take care of what needed to be taken care of without taking advantage of me. Going through this whole process, you will find a lot of people just want to take advantage of you. Neil and April made me feel like they cared and that meant the world to me. I would thank them everyday if I could.
