Best meats and service around! We have a cow butchered every year, and they do a great job. They cut it just they way we ask for it, right down to the soup bones! Sausage and bacon is delicious too!

Sadly, no they do not, you could call and see if they do special orders.

Not that I have seen. They do butcher and dress animals brought in for a few though, so if you know where a lamb is that can be taken there, you could likely get them that way.
