Went to Spartanburg location for pre-employment drug screen.place was empty was greeted by rude person at front desk after sharing all my imfromation,Asked if they had a water fountain and was told they had a SINK in the back! Few moments later was called up to the desk and told they could not see me today because there alcohol testing equipment was not working. I ask them if First Advantage required one was told yes(I am a cdl driver I average 3-4 drug screenings a year alot of companies use them never have they required one before.I went to another clinic presented them with the same info First Advantage gave me sure enough it was a regular drug screen.....STAY AWAY From this place

Top notch testing facility! The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the services they provide. A special thanks to Alex as he was absolutely excellent from start to finish! Alex provided a welcoming nature giving me a sense of peace in a state of uncertainty for me. He went above and beyond by explaining my testing procedure and the process of when to expect my results and how to obtain them. Very professional and spot on with the information he provided! Alex is a leader and true asset to the Spartanburg testing center. He exemplifys excellence in every aspect ! I would recommend this testing center to anyone!!!

If I could give higher rating I would. Court ordered testing and process was simple, fast and cost effective. Nicky is the person you need to deal with, she went beyond the norm to help me navigate through this process. Thank you Nicky!!! Highly recommend for any type of the services they offer.
