You come into the hair store & gain points with each purchase. In order to even use the point you have to reach 1000 points. Once you then reach 1000 points, which are attached to your number, you can’t use the points without having an actual gift card???? Then once you receive the gift card you have to wait another 24hrs just to be able to use the points, which is already in the system under your number. What’s the point in have a loyalty rewards??? If you can’t use them when you reach 1000 points? It just screams scam. & I wouldn’t recommend!

Have good selection of stuff. And they have a lot of sales of hair in the very back of store
