Good pizza, but I'm sick of waiting in their lobby for my order. They always tell me the food will be ready for pickup in 30-minutes. Of the ten, or so, orders I've placed with them over the last couple of years, only one order was ready on time, all the others were closer to 50-minutes after I placed my order. I really don't enjoy standing around in the cramped lobby for 20+minutes. I'm going try some of the other local pizza places.

I worked in this restaurant not long ago and I can say with a lot of certainty that the owners and staff are very responsible and reliable when it comes to cleanliness and safety. I've dine and work in a lot of restaurants in the area and none of them come even closer to Grapevine's attention to service, hygiene and quality. Right now is the only restaurant that I trust to bring my family for a nice dinner or lunch.
No, we are closed for New Years Day.
