Only reason for the 1 star is the hour wait to be seated. I normally order the same thing every time i come to the restaurant... I feel like the waiters should be able to handle more than one table. There was 6 tables and 5 waiters and I still waited an hour and a half just to be seated.

Excellent food & awesome service for lunch today! A top favorite chain for us, we’ve eaten at many Chili’s from Japan to the USA…some good, some great, and some fair. This Madison Chili’s seems to be one of the great ones if we base it off our lunch experience from today!

Placed an order to go , Paid bartender and left a good tip even before having time to realize , I shouldn't have, didn't get a thank you or hardly an acknowledgent at all for the 5 bucks I gave to her! Food came ,still no drink , ask for drink again and got a look, not sure what kinda look ,but a look, drink comes, no straw, So go around bar to get my own due that bartender was too busy texting. And got another look, and so I got outta there without being tarred n feathered much to.my surprise not really, there was no utensils to eat my food with, so next time I go there I believe I will jus eat with my fingers , and gargle down my drink, iffin I can get a drink without a look, true story.

Won't be returning. No greeting by host after taking him 5 minutes to come up front. Lots of empty tables but was told it would be 30-45 minutes. Asked if we could sit at the bar and he said yes. Bar had left over food and drinks and Tip money scattered about so we had to push stuff Out the way. No one even appeared for about ten minutes. Finally a guy did but a again no greeting. He grabbed some items and kept it moving. After waiting 15 minutes with still no service we left. Also others were leaving for apparently the same reason.
